The Michigan office of Hatzel & Buehler was established in 1922 to provide electrical services to the emerging automotive industry. Our focus is on new construction, renovation and maintenance for the industrial, petrochemical, data center/mission critical, commercial, retail, and higher education sectors in the geographical area of Southeastern Lower Michigan.
Industrially the Michigan office has maintained many long term relationships and has established an excellent reputation with current petrochemical clients including Marathon Petroleum Co., BP, Sunoco, and Shell Oil.
Commercially our focus is in the areas of core and shell, tenant fit-out and new construction. Major commerical clients include Renaissance Center, Comcast, Verizon and Dykema Gossett. We have completed a variety of projects for universities including Michigan State University, University of Michigan, Eastern University, and Wayne State University as well as retail projects for Macy's, and numerous store locations for Kohl's.
The Michigan telecommunications team consists of BICSI trained and certified technicians in addition to a BICSI RCDD. We are fully trained and certified with the telecommunications industries leading connectivity and cable manufacturers.
Some of our more notable historical projects include the Renaissance Center, the Palace of Auburn Hills, the Hyatt Regency, the Ritz Carlton, and Ford Michigan Truck.
