Hatzel & Buehler's PENN-DEL Office is located in Claymont, DE. Its market focus is in the geographic areas of Southeastern Pennsylvania and the State of Delaware. Initially established in 1917 to service the growing construction and maintenance needs of the DuPont Company, Hatzel & Buehler's PENN-DEL office has built and maintained a corporate customer base involving both service work and new construction. 

Commercially, our focus is in the areas of core and shell, tenant fit-out, data center and computer room installations, voice and data cabling, and preventative maintenance. Among Hatzel & Buehler's major commercial clients are Citibank, Christiana Care, Equity Office Properties, JP Morgan Chase, and Verizon. Additionally, we have successfully completed several projects in the retail market for Kohl's, Macy's, Target, Giant Foods, and IKEA.

Hatzel & Buehler also performs industrial services and upgrading to client facilities owned by AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, Boeing Helicopters, FMC Corporation, and Occidental Chemical. Applications ranging from low voltage cabling through 15KV switchgear installations, as well as Variable Frequency Drive and Programmable Logic Controller installations, demonstrate our flexibility in the industrial market.
