Hatzel & Buehler's Philadelphia Office was opened in March of 2002. Combining both the experience and expertise of the new management team and Hatzel & Buehler's long-standing relationships with Philadelphia-based general contractors and customers, Hatzel & Buehler has quickly emerged as a significant factor in the Philadelphia market. 

The extensive local building experience of our local management team and their prior associations with the industry has led to a quick start for Hatzel & Buehler in Philadelphia. To date we have completed projects for Concurrent Pharmaceuticals, Pennsylvania Hospital, Holy Redeemer Hospital, University of Pennsylvania and Community College of Philadelphia. In addition, we are currently performing work for Verizon, Immunicon, PNC and Kvaerner Philadelphia Shipyard, Inc.

Looking forward Hatzel & Buehler will be focused on servicing these customers, expanding our customer base and continuing to respond to the area's general contractors.
