Holmdel, New Jersey

iCIMS, a fast growing technology company that provides human resources software, relocated their headquarters to the Bell Works building in Holmdel, New Jersey.  The 2 million square foot building, situated on over 470 acres, was the former headquarters of Bell Labs.  The property, left vacant for many years, has been redesigned to include open work spaces, collaboration areas, training rooms, a daycare center, restaurants, a rooftop garden, a future hotel, library, theater, and other amenities.

Hatzel & Buehler was awarded the contract for the electrical fit-out of iCIMS’ new 350,000 square foot headquarters. The project had a tight time schedule with ongoing changes to various systems. Hatzel & Buehler’s scope of work included new decorative lighting, lighting control, power distribution, fire alarm, system furniture, interactive AV System, and a complete MDF buildout.
