Southern Ocean County Hospital in Manahawkin, NJ serves hundreds of thousands of residents and seasonal visitors to this seashore community each year. They offer a comprehensive group of services including emergency care, cardiology, cancer care, surgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, laboratory and diagnostic service, physical and speech therapy and sleep disorders clinics. Hatzel & Buehler was contracted for a renovation project of approximately 13,000 sq. ft. space on the 4th floor of the hospital, to provide for 18 new inpatient rooms, nurses stations, and dialysis and isolation rooms. Our work included new lighting fixtures, panelboards, fire alarm, devices, nurse call and sound systems.
