Hatzel & Buehler was awarded the electrical contract for the interior fit-out of a 200,000 square foot facility to be utilized primarily as a call center for Towers Watson. The building, once part of a steel mill that lain dormant for several years, is located in the Woodcrest Corporate Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Hatzel & Buehler’s interior fit-out included offices, open spaces, meeting rooms, training labs, a full service cafeteria, private dining room and two story café. The lighting and lighting control system furnished and installed by Hatzel & Buehler, combined with the natural light from skylights, were designed to reduce energy costs while improving the quality of the office environment.
