Hatzel & Buehler completes electrical work for Philadelphia Broadcasting Company

Hatzel & Buehler began work on the 62,000 square foot full floor renovation at the new Aramark tower for the broadcasting company, Entercom.  The space consists of a mix of broadcast studios, individual offices, open office work areas, a café, and numerous conference/multipurpose rooms. Hatzel & Buehler’s scope of work includes all new switchgear, branch power and lighting, a Lutron lighting control system and theatrical lighting control system, fire alarm, basket tray, two 150kw UPS systems, and a 1000kW generator with two Automatic Transfer Switches.

Philadelphia Office performs electrical work for University of Arts Music School

Hatzel & Buehler will be retrofitting a 15,000 square foot floor, within the University of Arts Music School.  Overall scope of work includes the complete Demolition and re-build of Director’s Offices, Open Collaboration Spaces, Ensemble Studios, Rehearsal Studios, Production Suites, Circuitry Lab, Mixing/Mastering Classroom and Instructional Labs. The majority of these rooms will be constructed to maintain complete soundproofing of individual rooms. Each room will receive customized lighting and lighting controls to accommodate the specific usage of that room.  Hatzel & Buehler’s additional scope of work includes new panels and transformers, fire alarm, and an extensive Low Voltage and Audio Visual back-bone.
