A complete renovation and fit-out of the 2nd Floor of the Lower Makefield Corporate Center was completed for the Merrill Lynch Branch Office in Yardley, Pennsylvania. The work consisted of the construction of new offices, four conference rooms and a training room within 20,000 square feet of office space.
Hatzel & Buehler’s scope of work included furnishing and installing new interior lighting, lighting controls and a fire alarm system throughout the renovated office space.
