New York Office awarded Distributed Antenna System installation for AT&T

The Hatzel & Buehler New York Office was recently awarded the installation of all low voltage RF cabling, antennas, fiber backbone and terminations, at 1270 6th Avenue, in New York City. Hatzel & Buehler will also provide the installation of the power infrastructure, which includes distribution equipment, a UPS back up, power risers and sub panels throughout the building, to support the new AT&T Distributed Antenna System (DAS).

New Jersey Office awarded electrical work for Johnson & Johnson’s new corporate museum

Johnson & Johnson is opening a new museum near their corporate headquarters in New Brunswick, NJ. The museum will include the history of the individuals who helped form the company and the products that made them one of the world’s premier health care companies and a household name to generations of families for 130 years.

The museum will be housed in its original building, a 1906 Power House that will be completely renovated and restored. A new 2,900 SF Lobby will be added to the existing two-story, 10,000 SF building. Hatzel & Buehler was awarded the electrical work for the museum which includes new site and interior lighting as well as specialty exhibit lighting. Hatzel & Buehler will furnish and install a new electrical distribution system and lightning protection system. The new museum is scheduled to open in late 2016.

ENR ranks Hatzel & Buehler 29th among the top 50 Electrical Firms

In their Annual Top Contractor report, ENR Magazine has ranked Hatzel & Buehler 29th (up from 33rd, in 2014) among the Top 50 Electrical firms in the country. In addition, Hatzel & Buehler was ranked 75th (versus 91st, in 2014) among the top specialty contractors in the country.
