Longstanding Hatzel & Buehler employee recognized by the City of New York for her outstanding public service contributions

A Hatzel & Buehler employee is recognized by the City of New York — receiving a special tribute from the Mayor — for her outstanding volunteer efforts with the Ronald McDonald House.  She is among the top 5% of volunteers in New York City, nominated for this special recognition (out of 3,200 recognized volunteers).

Pittsburgh office awarded multiple contracts with University of Pittsburgh Medical Center

Hatzel & Buehler’s Pittsburgh Office was recently awarded multiple contracts with the University of Pittsburgh’s Medical Center.  Overall project scope includes the upgrade of electrical generators at four senior living communities.  Hatzel & Buehler will upgrade and retrofit the emergency power systems (transfer switches and distribution systems).

The Pittsburgh Office will also complete renovation work throughout the McKeesport location.  Electricians will upgrade the main power distribution, branch circuits, lighting, fire alarm and data throughout the multi-story complex.

NECA recognizes multiple Hatzel & Buehler Offices for their excellence in Safety

The Hatzel & Buehler Ohio (Cleveland & Chillicothe), Delaware and Philadelphia offices all received special recognition from NECA for their excellence in safety. Each office proudly received the “2017 Zero Injury” Award.

New York Office performs work in lower Manhattan’s Hudson Eats

The Hatzel & Buehler New York Office will install eight video screens throughout the Hudson Eats’ dining terrace, as well as in-ceiling speakers above each of the screens.  Overall scope of work includes the furnishing of all power, fiber and Category 6 cable to all eight video screens.

Philadelphia Office awarded work for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia

Hatzel & Buehler was hired to provide power from CHOP’s Central Utility Plant, to a newly constructed research building.  The new research facility will include research space, labs and clean rooms.

Philadelphia Office awarded tenant fit-out work at FMC Tower

Hatzel & Buehler was recently awarded the 14th floor tenant fit-out renovation for the Freedom Pay Company at the FMC Tower in Philadelphia.  Hatzel & Buehler’s overall scope of work includes the installation of all new lighting, lighting controls, switchgear, branch power and fire alarm systems.

Delaware Office receives 2016 Governor’s Safety Award

The Delaware Contractor’s Association selected Hatzel & Buehler for recognition as a recipient of the 2016 Governor’s Safety Award, which honors firms “emphasizing safety, while bringing distinction, skill and integrity to the construction industry”.
