The University of Delaware’s new Building X will be the future laboratory for the university’s public health professional students. The 132,000 sq. ft. building will offer students a professional, hands-on learning environment to aid in public health training.

Ricotta was founded in 1985 by Thomas Ricotta who, along with Bob Finn, has grown the company to become a leading controls contractor in New York City, successfully completing a variety of projects with a number of well-known clients, including work at Penn Station, Hudson Yards, and the World Trade Center.
