Amazon is building a new North American Fulfillment Center located in Wilmington, Delaware to service Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Amazon customers. With an aggressive 12-month schedule, the new 4,000,000 square foot Amazon facility encompasses over 80 acres of land. As part of this new construction, Hatzel & Buehler will utilize a specialized and skilled labor force to provide electrical distribution, lighting, branch circuiting, fire alarm, and lightning protection at a scale needed to power such a facility. Hatzel & Buehler’s Engineering and Project Management teams will also support the project, with BIM modeling, scheduling and logistical support.
