The University of Pennsylvania is replacing and upgrading the existing legacy controls systems throughout the University of Pennsylvania’s Biomedical Research Building. The 14-floor Research building is over 420,000 square feet. Blue Sky Controls will complete the installation of all new electronic controls to replace the Siemens system including upgraded control package installation on approximately 1100 airflow control valves, including new fume hood flow and alarming, and miscellaneous BAS controls for H & V and ventilation systems.
