550 Madison Avenue — an iconic part of the New York City skyline — recently underwent significant interior renovations, to re-open as a “multi-tenant boutique office destination”. Hatzel & Buehler worked as part of the lobby and atrium renovations. Hatzel & Buehler’s overall scope of work included the demolition of the existing electrical services, providing temporary electrical services to support the construction and finally providing new lights (with lighting controls) and associated electrical work throughout the building’s lobby and atrium.
