International Flavors & Fragrances is a worldwide leader in research and production of ingredients for flavors, fragrances, foods, cosmetics, personal care and nutritional products. They recently opened a new 60,000 square foot Creative Center in Holmdel, NJ that will focus on research and development of fragrance technologies for home and fabric care. The facility includes 32 evaluation spaces and labs, offices, huddle areas, and support spaces. Hatzel & Buehler was awarded contracts for the electrical work required for both the core and fitout of the new facility. Hatzel & Buehler’s work included furnishing and installing new switchgear, UPS, meters, heat trace, fire alarm, lighting and lighting controls.
