The University of Pennsylvania Hospital will be undergoing an overbuild expansion project for the 3600 Civic Center Boulevard office building. The overbuild will include the addition of seven floors of 210,000 square feet of labs, meeting rooms, office space, and a vivarium.
Hatzel & Buehler has been awarded the contract for the electrical fit-out of the seven-floor expansion project including 150,000 square feet. Hatzel & Buehler’s overall scope of work includes the installation of panels, feeders, light fixtures and controls, receptacles, lab equipment power, security, fire alarm, sound masking, and tele data raceways.
