Philadelphia Office awarded tenant fit-out work at FMC Tower

Hatzel & Buehler was recently awarded the 14th floor tenant fit-out renovation for the Freedom Pay Company at the FMC Tower in Philadelphia.  Hatzel & Buehler’s overall scope of work includes the installation of all new lighting, lighting controls, switchgear, branch power and fire alarm systems.

Delaware Office receives 2016 Governor’s Safety Award

The Delaware Contractor’s Association selected Hatzel & Buehler for recognition as a recipient of the 2016 Governor’s Safety Award, which honors firms “emphasizing safety, while bringing distinction, skill and integrity to the construction industry”.

 

Michigan Office provides electrical renovation throughout Saks Fifth Avenue

The Hatzel & Buehler Michigan Office provided an electrical renovation, throughout a 30,000 square foot Saks Fifth Avenue store, located in the Somerset Mall (Troy, Michigan).   Overall scope of work included the tenant fit out for select high end retailers, including Celine, Valentino and Prada.  This project was divided into three phases to minimize the impact on retail sales.

Pittsburgh office perfoms work throughout the historical Duquesne Club

The Duquesne Club is a private business club located in the City of Pittsburgh with a rich history dating back to 1873.  Founded by prominent Pittsburgh industrialists, the club’s present home on Sixth Avenue opened in 1890 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interior in 1995.  Hatzel & Buehler’s extensive First Floor renovations include interior general and accent lighting, lighting control, kitchen and bar additions, fire alarm, control wiring and structured cabling.

IKM Architects is beginning construction of its new headquarters on the 22nd floor of 11 Stanwix in downtown Pittsburgh.  IKM offers premier architecture, planning and interior design services to the institutional, healthcare, corporate and commercial sectors.

Hatzel & Buehler’s scope of work will include branch circuit & fire alarm cabling, interior lighting and horizontal data cabling.

In 1996, the Knollwood Community Center (located in Claymont, Delaware) was established.  The Community Center provides after school care, a summer day camp, and adult and family activities. The Center’s food closet was established in September 2004 and has become an invaluable source of outreach to the Community.  Hatzel & Buehler and Bluestone Communications executed a food drive to support the Community Center’s Holiday needs.

Cleveland Office awarded electrical upgrade work for the Cleveland Regional Transit Authority

The Hatzel & Buehler Cleveland Office was awarded work to upgrade the signal and traction power transformers and rectifiers for the Cleveland Regional Transit Authority’s Brook Park Sub-Station.

Philadelphia Offices performs electrical renovation for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is renovating a 12,000 square foot, single-floor space located within the Seashore House. The newly renovated space will house 10 new patient rooms, patient multipurpose activity and play rooms, nurse’s stations, shared office space and conference rooms. Hatzel & Buehler will furnish and install all electrical work including lighting fixtures with Lutron dimming, color tuning system and DALI, normal and emergency branch power, emergency distribution, Portable Generator Connection box with a 400amp automatic transfer switch, power distribution to new HVAC equipment, wiring of a new fire alarm system and also provide empty pathways for the following systems.

The Voice/Data , Nurse Call, Security, and Audio Visual installations will be completed by Hatzel & Buehler’s low voltage subsidiary, Bluestone Communications.

Philadelphia Office awarded tenant fit-out work for Radian Guaranty

The Philadelphia Office of Hatzel & Buehler was recently awarded the relocation of Radian Guaranty, Inc to 1500 Market Street. The overall scope of the six floor employee relocation project included all new power, gear, lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm, and security.
