Hatzel & Buehler’s Delaware office was established in 1917 to service the growing construction and maintenance needs of the DuPont Company. The office has since grown to expand their services and territories to also include Southeastern Pennsylvania. The operational focus includes new construction, renovation and maintenance for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, data center/mission critical, retail, financial and higher education sectors.

In addition to large scale project work, the Delaware office has developed long-standing customer relationships with significant companies such as Boeing, Astra Zeneca, JP Morgan Chase, Glaxo Smith Kline, Merck, Lockheed Martin and Delmarva Power.
