The Penn-Jersey ‘American Red Cross Blood Services’ serves Southeastern Pennsylvania and all of New Jersey. Hatzel & Buehler has proudly serviced the Red Cross Blood Services at 700 Spring Garden Street, since 2009. As such, Hatzel & Buehler maintains the following building systems: Fire Alarm, Cameras, Refrigeration Controls, Building Automation, Refrigeration/Lab Monitoring, Peco Services, Transfer Switches, UPS System and the Generator. Hatzel & Buehler oversees all lighting ballasts, voice/data, office re-locations and equipment re-locations; and is essential in providing all of the building’s electrical needs with an onsite general foreman to support all customer requests.
