Barclays is renovating 128,000 square feet of office space within the Barclays Dryrock Insurance Trust building, which is located in Wilmington, Delaware. Hatzel & Buehler’s Delaware Branch Office is working as part of this project, with an overall scope of work including the installation of new light fixtures and lighting controls, new fire alarm wiring and devices, new wiring to power devices and connections to electrified furniture, throughout multiple floors of the building. Raceways for new Audio Visual, Telecommunications and Security will also be installed.
