Spark Therapeutics is expanding their University City footprint with a new lease at 3000 Market Street. The 93,000-square-foot space will house Spark’s future University City headquarters and be utilized as a fully functional life science building for intensive biological lab use. Hatzel & Buehler will use a specialized and skilled labor force to provide and install complete normal and emergency electrical infrastructure. Feeding off the infrastructure, Hatzel & Buehler will furnish and install all new lighting and controls along with necessary power for lab stations and office areas.
