Hatzel & Buehler recently completed work on the 62,000 square foot full floor renovation at the new Aramark tower for the broadcasting company, Entercom. The space consists of a mix of broadcast studios, individual offices, open office work areas, a café, and numerous conference/multipurpose rooms. Hatzel & Buehler’s scope of work includes all new switchgear, branch power and lighting, a Lutron lighting control system and theatrical lighting control system, fire alarm, basket tray, two 150kw UPS systems, and a 1000kW generator with two Automatic Transfer Switches. Hatzel & Buehler has remained onsite since completion of the project providing specialized service and support to Entercom as the broadcasting studios and employees occupied the space.
