Hatzel & Buehler furnished and installed a Lutron Quantum Daylight Harvesting Lighting Control System, throughout a 30-story, 940,000 square foot building. Electricians replaced 95% of the existing building lighting, converting everything to T5 technology. Additional scope of work included the update of the existing HVAC system with higher efficiency motors & variable frequency drives. The upgraded lighting installation allowed the building to be recognized as a LEED Gold certified building.
