Retrofit all existing lighting conditions throughout multiple Academic buildings at Temple University, in order to maximize efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Hatzel & Buehler’s overall scope of work included: adding ceiling, wall and wide area occupancy sensor controls and retrofitting existing fixtures with high efficiency lamps, ballasts, and new light fixtures throughout all hallways, classrooms, labs and lecture halls in both buildings totaling 389,000 square feet of coverage.
